These Terms govern your use of ASTRÆ, a digital astrology platform operated by P-Eleven Ltd, trading as P-11 Digital. By accessing ASTRÆ at astraezodiac.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE

ASTRÆ currently provides free astrology content, including zodiac sign pages, daily-style horoscope messages, compatibility guidance, moon energy guidance, spiritual guidance, content hubs, and email sign-up for daily sign messages.

Personalised zodiac readings, love compatibility reports, and birth chart insight reports may be offered as live paid one-off services where a Stripe checkout is presented. Live sessions, saved readings, dashboard products, and subscription membership remain future services marked Coming Soon unless clearly stated otherwise on the website.

2. PAYMENTS AND FUTURE PRODUCTS

A paid one-off report is formed only when a live Stripe checkout is presented, completed, and confirmed through the payment provider. Future products remain unavailable for purchase until a live checkout and delivery flow is clearly displayed.

Billing terms, cancellation rules, refunds, and consumer rights will be displayed before purchase where applicable.

3. EMAIL SIGN-UP AND WAITLIST

When you join the daily sign list or a waitlist, we may store your email address, zodiac sign, source page, and campaign source so we can send relevant updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails when email delivery is active.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, scrape or copy content at scale, attempt to reverse engineer the site, or interfere with platform security.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, copy, branding, and software on ASTRÆ belongs to P-Eleven Ltd trading as P-11 Digital or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. DISCLAIMER

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P-Eleven Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ASTRÆ.
